Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart cover a lot of ground in their new memoir ‘Kicking & Dreaming,’ which hits stores on Sept. 18. In the book, Nancy talks about moving past the end of her longtime marriage to film director Cameron Crowe [she has remarried since then], while Ann reveals that she’s been sober now for nearly three years. " I always felt she was sophisticated...even though her persona was anything but. I loved her duet with Jerry Lewis, ' Baby it's Cold Outside '. My mother used to pretend to disapprove of her since she was raising 3 daughters to be " ladies ", but sometimes she couldn't help laughing out loud. One crazy dame!"

PNE Fair - Review and Photos

VANCOUVER -- The PNE Fair’s Summer Nights concerts series kicked off with a bang Saturday night when Seattle classic rockers Heart delivered a blistering set that brought heat worthy of the past two weeks of summer we’ve had in Vancouver.

Fans of all ages filled the WestJet concert stage area to the brim, forcing gate attendants to bring out the “show full” signs long before sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson hit the stage to the sound of Led Zeppelin’s In The Light. See photos from the show and read the entire review here.

Wow! That is all I can say. Ann looks and sounds INCREDIBLE. Nancy's acoustic intro remains a classic and she still delivers that Power Rangers Kick with precision! This is from the OC show on August 9th. I'm ready for Fanatic, how about you??

Heart rocks Pacific without rehashing

The legendary duo didn't repeat recent sets, opting to unveil strong new material instead

Heart already delivered an energetic and hits-heavy 15-song set when that band performed at Honda Center in Anaheim earlier this year, yet the group’s return to Orange County Thursday night, for another night at a packed Pacific Amphitheatre, was no mere recap.

While the obvious parade of smashes from the '70s through the '90s was emphasized at both shows, the group’s 90-minute outing in Costa Mesa on a perfect summer night found sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson and their troupe spotlighting four new songs from their forthcoming album “Fanatic,” due Oct. 2 on Legacy Recordings.
